Who Is Tab Trade - Launched March 2026, Here Is the Deal

Tab Trade - What It Is

Tab Trade opened in March 2026. Trading platform registered in Saint Lucia, under the FSRA. The person who started it is Benjamin Boulter. Before this, he was in leadership at BlackBull Markets, an FMA-regulated broker.

The BlackBull connection tells you something. It means the founder knows how a proper broker operates. Does not mean TabTrade is the same as BlackBull. It is better than someone with no brokerage experience.

The broker opened with execution through Equinix servers. Same infrastructure banks and hedge funds use. The typical new launch focuses on ads and sign-up promos. These guys went the other way. Not the typical playbook.

What you can trade: FX, stock indices, gold, silver, oil, energies, softs, stock CFDs, cryptocurrencies, exchange-traded funds. A wide spread. For something this new, the breadth is not narrow.

The Software

They offer: MT5, cTrader, and a browser platform. Both MT5 and cTrader from the same login. A lot of brokers commit to either MT5 or cTrader. Having both is useful. Pick what suits your style.

MT5 is the industry standard. Complete charts, Expert Advisors, huge user base. If you have traded on MT4 or MT5 before, there are no surprises.

cTrader is the cleaner option. Better DOM. More responsive charts. Native automated trading. Plenty of traders like it better than MT5 after comparing.

FIX API is there for automated strategies but requires the VIP tier ($25,000 to open). TradingView charting is apparently in the works. That would make the platform set once it is live.

Accounts and Pricing

Three levels: Standard, Edge, VIP.

Standard. Spreads from 1.0 pips. Zero commission. Easy to track. $0 to start. Works for people who want simple pricing.

Edge account. True raw pricing from 0.0 pips on average. Flat commission of $3.50 per side. What you actually pay: spread plus $7 per lot round-turn. On liquid pairs, the raw spread is often below 0.2 pips. Meaning your actual cost per trade can sit below 0.5 pips. That is good for a broker with $0 to start. Most brokers that run raw pricing at this level require a minimum deposit. TabTrade does not.

VIP. $25,000 deposit required. FIX API, execution under 20ms, custom pricing. Not something typical accounts. Ignore this one unless you trade institutionally.

Infrastructure

The speed is where TabTrade separates from most new launches. Equinix servers in London. Execution below 30 milliseconds on Edge. Below 20ms on VIP. Those are not marketing fluff. The average platform operate at a much wider range.

Should you care? If you trade small timeframes, it does. The difference between fast execution and sluggish execution is profit or loss on tight trades. If you swing trade, you will not notice. But the fact that the infrastructure is there. That says what kind of broker this is.

Combine that execution speed with the Edge account pricing and the total package holds up. Not many platforms with no minimum deposit have infrastructure at this level.

Safety

Here is the thing you need to be straight about. The broker is licensed by Saint Lucia's FSRA. That is outside tier-1 jurisdiction. No ASIC. No government-backed safety net. If that is a dealbreaker, this broker is not for you. There are FCA-regulated options out there.

But. Benjamin Boulter spent years at BlackBull Markets, an FMA-regulated broker. The server placement is expensive. Fly-by-night platforms do not pay for proper execution infrastructure. None of this replace tier-1 regulation. But be part of how you think about it.

The trade-off: you give up tier-1 protection. For that: high leverage, raw pricing from 0.0 pips, no minimum deposit, fast fills. Whether that makes sense comes down to your priorities.

The Bonus

Tab Trade has a deposit bonus of up to $2,000. Usual deposit match. You deposit, they add bonus funds. Usual conditions attached: minimum lots traded before you can withdraw the bonus. Check the terms before you commit.
